Jetta Operating Company, Inc. is a privately held oil and gas company
founded in 1991 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas. We operate
over 450 properties in the Texas Gulf Coast, West Texas, Southern
Mid-Continent, Louisiana Salt Basin, Mississippi Salt Basin and Rocky
Mountain regions.
In 1994, Jetta formed a joint operating company with Tulsa based Nadel
and Gussman. This jointly owned operating company, Nadel and
Gussman - Jetta Operating Company, produces from the Cotton Valley
and Hosston trends of North Louisiana. Together, we have maintained a
consistent drilling program for the development of each company's
individual interests. Jetta is also an owner and manager of Journey Oil
and Gas, LLC. Journey has a focused operational base in the
Appalachian region of Kentucky and West Virginia with development
centered on the Devonian shale formation.
The Oil and Gas Financial Journal has listed Jetta Operating Company,
Inc. in the top 50 U.S. private E & P companies based on operated
production in the United States.
